The resource book was born from a lightbulb moment during my 2025 presentation to the ARTA Cert IV interest group.
While preparing the talk, I recognized a critical gap: caregivers and activity coordinators needed better tools to find patterns and ideas that align with each individual’s unique needs—especially in residential aged care, where personalized care isn’t just an ideal but a government-mandated Aged Care Standard.
The result?
A hands-on guide designed to simplify the search for meaningful materials, helping professionals quickly connect with clients’ interests, preferences, and life stories.
